“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds.”
We usually don’t equate adversity with joy. Embracing hard times is not the common response. However, the Lord wants us to make resistance our friend because it is a sign that a great opportunity is on the other side.
Father, thank you for all my hard times. There are some in the past I can laugh about and others I am still working through. But through it all I know that you have always been with me and never left me. I embrace what comes next because with you all things are possible, in Jesus name Amen!
